ADMA Social Outreach Program 2019 at Bethany Convent School, Raigad,
The ADMA batch interacted with Bethany students of all class and conducted various activities with them They became teachers for two days. The outreach program saw our students participate in fun and educational activities with the students of Bethany School and inspired them to pursue their dreams..
Whether it was playing with paintbrushes or engaging with them through music, games and other activities, the program witnessed everyone coming out of their comfort zones to bring out their best. Apart from interacting with students, the outreach program also exposed our students to the village life followed by an authentic Maharashtrian meal at one of the rural households. They had an interactive session with the women living in the village to understand their culture better.
However, it wasn't just a one way learning process. The students of ADMA also gained a lot of experience and lessons for lifetime. They got an opportunity to step into the shoes of people who are struggling in another world. They didn't leave Bethany Convent School empty handed, but with a hope to bring a change in the world.
The trip ended on the second day but the memories will last forever.
